Nothing in these terms limits 298pkr's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
298pkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions; failure to complete identity verification; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity; account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; or at 298pkr's discretion where continued operation of the account is considered contrary to the interests of the platform or other users.
Upon closure of an account, any outstanding verified balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds and any amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to the user via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any required verification procedures.

Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address or mobile number on record, or by a prominent notice on the platform.
